Infinite Tax Solutions was founded in 2012 in Boulder, Colorado.

Our founder and sole owner, Alicia Jeffries, has been practicing in the tax and legal arenas since 2000. She has taken her law firm and tax preparation experience to create a unique tax preparation, planning, and tax defense practice.

ALICIA JEFFRIES, EA

As an Enrolled Agent, I represent clients in the areas of tax preparation, tax planning, tax resolution and tax audits. I prepare tax returns for individuals, Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships, Non-Profits, Trusts, Estates and more.

I assist clients who are creating a new business with choosing the right type of entity. I work mostly with LLCs, Corporations, S-Corporations, Non-Profit Corporations, Trusts and Sole Proprietorships. After creating your new entity, I assist with setting up your accounting system and make sure you are on track for your taxes. 

I represent clients who have been audited by the IRS or Department of Revenue. 

I represent clients who owe back taxes or have an active tax dispute, including income tax, employment tax and sales tax. These remedies include a reasonable payment arrangement, non-collectible status or other resolution of your balance.

ADAM ROACH, TAX PREPARER

I am a tax professional specializing in individual and small business taxation, tax planning and compliance. I am committed to continuing professional education and development while staying up to date with evolving tax legislation to provide clients with accurate returns. Prior to graduating from Washington State University, I served in the Marine Corps and worked in the Machinist trade.

NOAH KLOTTHOR, TAX PREPARER

I am a tax professional who assists the team with tax return preparation, including Individual, Schedule C and Schedule E and S-Corps. Before entering the tax world, he spent several years coaching collegiate volleyball at the University of Oregon and the University of South Dakota. A Boulder native, I apply the same focus and competitive drive from athletics to my work in tax, and still finds time to play sand volleyball when he can.

ELIZABETH SPLAWN, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

My goal at Infinite Tax Solutions is to provide the best client satisfaction I possibly can and assist Alicia and our team to the best of my ability. I bring a wide variety of business and office administration experience. I especially enjoy assisting clients with business formation, aiding with responses to notices from the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Revenue, and managing our office’s Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time my cat, traveling to visit family, and attending concerts.

ROXANN DAVIS, BOOKKEEPER

I have been a bookkeeper for over 35 years, working for family-owned companies in full charge roles preparing financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, annual report filing, and customer and client services. I have strong time management skills and strive to be as accurate as possible in my work.  I have a strong desire to learn as much as I can in the role I am working in. I have a large family, 4 children and 7 grandchildren.  I love cooking, traveling, music and movies

ALFRED THE TAX TORTOISE

Alfred was a COVID-19 rescue from Hulstrom K-8. He came for Spring Break and immediately became the office mascot. You will occasionally find him wandering about the office.
